After installing the ACC in client environment, am not able see in the servicenow instance.

For the testing we installed the agent client collector and then again we uninstalled the agents to check it get deleted then we tried to installed the agent client collector in the same laptop but now this time after successfully installation it is not showing  in the instance? i tried install 3 agents, successfully installed 2 reflecting in the instance but one is not getting reflect. please suggest me the solution.
