My client is planning to implement Agent based discovery for all servers . Currently it is credential based discovery however they thought to use agent(visibility) considering it will provide more deeper information compare to horizontal discovery including performance and other metrics.
Can anyone please confirm the road map of agent based discovery whether it is useful to replace credential based discovery and what would be the pros and cons.
Servicenow person has confirmed that future would be agentbased discovery.
