Hi,
You should be able to download the agent from your instance. Navigate to 'Agent Client Collector' > 'Agents' > 'Deployment' > 'Agent Downloads'
https://<instance>.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/sn_agent_agent_downloads.do

1. Install ACC-V plugin(Paid plugin)
2. Navigate to Agent client Collector
3. Agent download
4. Select appropriate class and download agent file
