Hello everyone,
We are setting up ACC.
Mid server been installed and validated on linux server.
We have two mid servers as of now.
While trying to install the agent it ask for API key. Which we get from mid web server api key.
Ideally it should have only few characters but for us it is coming like this

anyone know what might be causing this?

@pratiksha5 It seems really weird, looks like it is hashed. In our case it is standard 32 character string, so I would reccomend to try to create new one and deactivate the old one. I think I have somewhere read that there can be upo to 10 Mid Web Server API Keys on one instance.

Tired that. It did not work. I have opened a case with servicenow for this.

@pratiksha5: did you clone your instance, or maybe imported the config via update set? If so, it didn't get imported correctly. You may want to create a new api key instead.
