Agent Client Collector Visibility Issues

Running into an issue where the status shows up but the host data collection shows 'collection failed'. I am able to run discovery against that same device and gather details without issue.

Hi Stephen,

Collection failed seems to be a different issue than the connection.

Can you try executing the check commands on the server and see if any issue with the check definitions?

Like execute the check commands on the computer that the agent is installed on that is having the collection failed message?

Yes, for example.

I am wondering if it has something to do with file permissions, ServiceNow is unable to execute check commands.

What If that is the case, what are the permissions need to execute these commands on windows devices?
