Hi,

1. What does the svcName (service name) variable refer to? What should I specify there?
2. Besides the hostname and svcName, are there any other prerequisites for Alert Remediation?
3. If anyone has any real-time scenarios or demos related to Alert Remediation, please help me understand.
4. Without ACC, alert remediation is possible?
