Alert correlation based on CI class and support group information

We have a requirement to create a correlation as below.

 

The Storm of Node Down Alerts should be grouped together based on the CI Class and only one INC should be created using the assignment logic based on the Class and its Support Group. The logic should function based on the Support Groups that are mentioned on the CIs. All CIs with same Class and support group will have one ticket/Incident only.

 

For example all Server CIs should be assigned to "IT_OPS_Support" and all Alerts should be related in the INC.

 

Please help if this is feasible in ServiceNow Event Management and How we can achieve the same

I think in the Service Operation Workspace -> Alert Automation -> Group

 

there is one example that shows this by default
