Alerts are not getting created for events even if there is matching event rule.

It creates alerts intermittently — sometimes they are generated, and sometimes they are not. Event rule matches.

Updated the "Count Event Process" job, but it is still taking a long time to run. Next action field shows past time. Should we consider increasing the count?
