All relationships are not visible under CI relationship tab of CI in CMDB.

Hi Community,

 

Receive the following message after adding CIs in the CI Relations:
"Maximum relationship limit has been reached and not all relationships are shown in the formatter."

 

We have added the below system properties in the instance and increased the default values. But still seeing the message:

1. 'glide.ui.max_relations'

2. 'glide.ui.max_relation_levels'

 

Please provide us some suggestion how can we fix this message.

Keep toggling the value till u got all relationships.

 

Also do not forget to Clear Cache of Instance and Browser .
