application in Service Portal is not showing options

So there is an catalog item in service catalog. When i accessed it through service portal that form had no options 

under "choose option fieldfind_real_file.png"

whereas the same catalog item form have different option when i opened through the instance. Can someone tell me why and how to fix it?

Hi @Priyanshu Verma , there is a field called "Hide in Service portal" on catalog items. Set this field to false to make the catalog items visible on Service portal.

Hi Priyanshu,

Looks like it is an order guide.

In Choose Options tab, it will show the catalog items which are present in that order guide.

Check the rule base for order guide if it has any items.
