application in Service Portal is not showing options

So there is an catalog item in service catalog. When i accessed it through service portal that form had no options 

under "choose option fieldfind_real_file.png"

whereas the same catalog item form have different option when i opened through the instance. Can someone tell me why and how to fix it?

Hi @Priyanshu Verma , there is a field called "Hide in Service portal" on catalog items. Set this field to false to make the catalog items visible on Service portal.

Sir, the hide in service portal option is unchecked. The catalog item is and was visible in service portal too, issue is the option that we get on the form of this catalog item when we open it in instance is different compared to what we get on portal (on portal we don't see any option ). my issue is why is it so? 

@Priyanshu Verma , Can you share the screenshot of how it looks (or what options you are seeing that missed in portal) in instance?
