What is controlling an asset in the "consumed" state forcing the entire form to be read only? I have checked all ACLs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies and Data Policies and nothing is showing signs of what would be controlling this. Someone at our company mistakenly put assets into a "consumed" state and we cannot even delete the items, not that i want to, but i literally cannot do anything to these assets...

Hi Jeremy,
If the whole form have become Read Only, it should be an ACL causing this.
Check for ACLs not only for that table but for Generic ACLs as well and you might find a solution.
Thanks,
Subhajit

Just in case anyone else finds this post, you want to look at the write ACL on the asset table at row level.
This has a condition of "install_status!=10" which is the value of "Consumed".
