Azure Cloud Discovery -
We have to implement an Azure tenant which has more than 2k subscriptions. Since 1 Subscription - 1 schedule mapping will take significant time , we decided to go for Management groups as only 1 schedule has to be created , its running fine but the problem here is its causing performance issues in the instance. Could you please enlighten as to how to go forward with this as the Performance would be severely impacted if its moved to Production.

I referred to the sys definition -> scheduled jobs in the app scope for application called 'performance analytics content pack for cloud resources' these schedules need to be run for azure.
can you check if these scheduled jobs are running, as admin user?
if it is failing that's the reason why cloud resource explorer is not showing the data.
check the error text, check in system logs for any errors once you run it.

As this banner clearly indicates you need to be using a different ui - why are you not using the link to go that ui and try to run a schedule from there?
