Requesting inputs that shall help us here. We have ITSM & ITOM subscription.
For IoT - We need to integrate Azure IoT hub with ServiceNow CMDB to import all IoT devices as CIs. And then leverage these devices for ITSM processes.
Questions are -
1. Does ServiceNow provide any spoke/Service Graph connector for Azure IoT hub integration.
2. Can we develop custom REST API integration for this integration in case answer to 1 is No. Please share some technical insights.
3. Has anybody done similar in the past, IoT into ServiceNow CMDB. Please share experience and learnings.
4. Can we do IoT discovery using ServiceNow ? Are there any specific subscriptions/Modules to be purchased for IoT Discovery
