Azure SQL Database isn't a Class

We are not seeing Azure SQL Database as a Class in within our CMDB.  Can anyone help me understand why this is the case?  Are we missing something?

sn_itom_pattern_azure_cloud_database - This is the Azure Cloud Database Table, if you are unable to find , Please update the Service Mapping and discovery pattern and CMDB CI Class Models from ServiceNow plugins/store.
