POC for ITOM

Hello Experts,

 

We have to show a POC to a customer on how we can use ServiceNow ITOM.

I have my PDI instance. How can I do a POC for ITOM? It can be discovery or event management(any free tool).

Hi @Shoheb_IbaaBoss 

 

POC is proof of concept , which you can deliver using the customer Environment, You need to use the customer Dev Instance as well setup the Cred, Mid Server etc to run the POC in Their environment IP or Event Integration to showcase the Value of ITOm Product.

 

Also in your PDI , you can only showcase the test data loaded with plugin Activated.
