Behavior, a functionality of ITOM Discovery, is set.
Within that, "Functionality Criteria" can be set.
I can't imagine under what circumstances I would use "Functionality Criteria". If anyone has used it,
please give me an example of when you use it.
Thank you in advance.

HI @Kota Kuroiwa ,
Behaviour discovery is used in when you want to run the Discovery of Specific class for an IP range.
Example - you have an IP Range and that I range , Lots of type device included but you want to discover the Linux type device only so you can use the Behaviour discovery and based on configuration on Behaviour discovery Probes and Pattern will triggered and discovery the Linux Devices only, other Pattern are diregarded automatically, It will to save your time and your discovery completed in couple on minutes for a big IP Range.
Also Functionality Criteria is set if you want to see or discover the specific value of Device Like Windows equal to Microsoft 2016

Please tell me more about this content.
Using Functionality Criteria, it is possible to specify a specific device within an IP range, such as "Windows 2016". Does that mean?
Behavior settings → Restrict Probe (Windows only)
Functionality Criteria → In addition to Probe restrictions, limit the values obtained?

Hi
Using Functionality Criteria, it is possible to specify a specific device within an IP range, such as "Windows 2016". Does that mean? ---> This do not mean this.
Functionality controls what kind of Protocol will be used for Discovery. Assume i have a behavior with Functionality as Only Windows - It will only Look for WMI Port 135 which is open on a device. if 135 is not open for the device it will not look for SSH or SNMP . It will only discovery devices where WMI is PORT is open and OS is windows. So discovery schedule with above behavior will ignore all IP where WMI port is not opened.
Now I see your requirement is - Discovery Windows Server Only Where OS is 2016. Tweaking the Classification Criteria of Windows you can achieve this.
