Best approach for integration with Microsoft Azure to instance for event management | ITOM use case

Hi Team

We have a requirement to integrate servicenow with Azure (Microsoft Azure to instance) for event management. Can someone help us out what could be the best approach for this integration (by: oAuth Integration) and would appreciate if we can have a detailed document for this setup.

As I’m new to this area, I would also appreciate guidance on the high-level integration steps.
