I must say based upon the amount of questions you asked over the weekend that you should make sure you take the training class for Discovery that is provided by ServiceNow. It makes for a great basis to build your discovery knowledge off of and will prep you for any interviews. I would HIGHLY recommend it before you go into any customer facing scenarios otherwise you are doing a disservice to yourself and the potential client.
