Chat queue entry states

Hi all,

Records in the chat_queue_entry table, wich is where all the chat's are stored have a state connected to them. I am wondering how these states are controlled? I cannot find any information in the product documentation. I have a need to report on opened and abandoned states, but first I need to know how these states are set. Anyone know this, or know where I can get the information?

Chat Queue Entry table stores information from Connect chat records. when the user opens a connect chat, a new record will be created and statuses are maintained from chat discussions. when the user closes chat or clicks on End chat link, the state moves to Closed Complete. Please let me know if you need more information

No, the customer dropped the requirement. I have not been investigating this any further
