CI are getting created with the unknown model id

Hi ,
Few CIs in almost all the classes are getting discover with the "Unknown" model ID.
Please suggest how to fix this issue ?

That information comes from your linux identity (hardware) probe. Verify that you can run the dmidecode command on those hosts (with sudo)...

This issue is in all hardware classes as well e.g computer, printer , UPS, Network gear.

This issue is in all hardware classes as well e.g computer, printer , UPS, Network gear.
For few hardware device it not fetching the Model ID, however for few it is working fine.
How to troubleshoot it ?

For the compute classes you want to check the dmidecode command in identity for linux,, as I mentioned previously the windows os/info probe to see if the data is returning.
for the network type gear (switches, routers, ups printers) check this post..
