Integrate Tidal Workload Automation with ServiceNow?

Has anyone integrated Tidal Workload Automation (Tidal) with ServiceNow?

Today a Support Person receives an Email Notification from Tidal when a Job "Completes Abnormally". That person manually creates an Incident in ServiceNow and resolves the issue in Tidal. I would like for Tidal to Integrate directly with ServiceNow and automatically create the ServiceNow Incident when a Job in Tidal "Completes Abnormally".

We have Tidal and our support staff forwards error emails from Tidal which are processed by an inbound email action to create an incident.
