CIM - Classify Error - Classified, couldn't identify

Hi All,

We are trying to run discovery to discover storage, installed SMI-S Service on the Dell Compellent Data Collector.

When we run the discovery, we are getting the below error

DiscoveryCimWbemServiceIdSensor:

WS_ObjectManager{CreationClassName='WS_ObjectManager',SystemName='17x.xx.xxx.xx',SystemCreationClassName='WS_WBEMServerSystem',Name='70a4f487-8726-4e40-a505-dc2dcf9aa261'}.* - WS_ObjectManager - No response received.

Identifier: WBEM Service Rule:

CMDB Identification Error: In payload missing minimum set of input values for criterion (matching) attributes from identify rule for table [cmdb_ci_wbem_service]. Add these input values in payload item '{"className":"cmdb_ci_wbem_service","values":{"discovery_source":"Manual Entry","sys_class_name":"cmdb_ci_wbem_service"},"internal_id":"c7360d31e13d4510062568d570eeb3bb","sys_object_source_info":{"source_name":"Manual Entry"},"settings":{},"sys_ire_info":{"ire_received_time":"2022-02-21 11:09:11"},"display_values":{}}'

During the identification section, the system is expecting attributes that are missing, does anyone face a similar issue, can you able to help/guide how to resolve this issue?

The above issue is now resolved and discovery creating Dell storage servers CI's.

(1) Navigate to Probes

(2) Search for "CIM - Classify"

(3) Add Probe parameter "cim_version" with value "modern"

(4) Re-run discovery
