Hi,
Can someone help clarify and confirm my understanding on this scenario?
If one has the following subscription
ITOM Operator Standard - Subscription Unit v2
> ITOM Visibility - 100 Units
Software Asset Management is NOT subscribed.
Hardware Asset Management is NOT subscribed.
Based on the ratio specified here
Subscription Overview

Paas - 1:3
Container - 1:3
Server - 1:1
UnResolvedMonitorObjects - 1:1
You may Discover/Service Map up to 100 servers if you dont' have PaaS/Containers.
Now, if I go ahead to run a ServiceNow discover of Windows Laptops and Computers (cmdb_ci_computer), they don't show up in the ITOM License > License Report. Only 100 Server counts appear.
Thus am I right that the 100 ITOM Visibility subscription units only apply for Servers in my case since Software/Hardware Asset Management is NOT enabled and there is no need for additional subscription units for these end user devices ?
Am I right to also confirm End user Devices (Computers/Mobile Devices) discovered using Service Graph Connectors E.g. SCCM/InTune does not require additional Subscription Units because Software/Hardware Asset Management is not enabled ?

From my experience, it's best to contact ServiceNow's sales contact to confirm about subscription licensing to get the official answer.

License topics are better handled by your Servicenow sales rep because in each company it differs
