Hi guys,
I've need to integrate OpenStack with ServiceNow.
Can I use Cloud Management module and add OpenStack Account? (Service Account).
What allows me to do in OOB?
Thanks,

with stats.do,
What is your instance release? What are your installed plugins?
Can you show me a screenshot on "OpenStack Credentials"? Which params do you have to set?
Do you have create custom credentials created new table openstack_credentials?
Thanks,

Getting Started with Jakarta Cloud Management (1 of 2)
Above video goes through the plugins. Try reactivating the plugins after adding the sys_property --> glide.upgrade.optimize.enabled (type --> true |false), set it to 'false' before installing plugins again.

Hi Gaetano,
You might have got credential type skipped, during upgrade.
Check your upgrade history, see if it has been missed.

Chandu
