When I click on the Export button after creating my query it returns the message "User Not Authorized".   What is causing this and how can I fix it.   I would like to be able to export my query results.

Hi Juli,

"User Not Authorized" normally means user don't have right to perform the action.

Have you try used admin user create the query and run the query then export?

I suspect something wrong on the user permission that causing the problem, thus, try admin user to help us isolate the problem.

I try in my Jakarta instance and don't have problem to export the result in .csv format.

Thank you.

I'm having the same issue.   It looks like that admin users have the rights to export, but I haven't been able to identify a role that will allow a user to export that doesn't also give them the keys to the kingdom. Specifically, ecmdb_admin, cmdb_query_builder , itil, etc all don't work.

The docs don't seem to cover anything about the export functionality or detail additional roles
