CMDB AI Data Mapping (CSDM)

Not applicable

Hi All,

How are you mapping AI components in CMDB (AI tables) within CSDM for third-party applications (Saas & on-prem)?

Any best practices or data mapping approaches?

Hi @Community Alums

According to the CSDM 5.0 white paper(refer: https://www.servicenow.com/community/common-service-data-model/csdm-5-finally-get-the-csdm-5-white-p...) , there are two CI classes that support AI: AI Function [cmdb_ci_function_ai] and AI & Model Application [cmdb_ci_appl_ai_application]. The AI Function class is used for externally developed and hosted AI CIs, whereas the AI & Model Application class is intended for AI items that are developed and hosted internally.
