All,
Our CMDB is being populated with the CI record in lowercase. Is their a way that we can get the CI to discover in the proper case of how the device is configured?

Hi Kristy,
By default, it is discovering as a lower case because of Discovery properties. You could change it by modifying the below discovery property as "No Change".
You can find this in Discovery Definitions --> Properties.

Thank you both! I'm very new to ServiceNow with only 4 months in with development therefore would have a challenge reading the sensor script. I was able to modify the setting then rediscovered the CI record.
