CMDB Task Reassignment

Hi All,

I am creating CMDB tasks with policies. I want to assign  task to  a specific group CMDB group) when request reassignment is clicked .Also want to trigger notification when CMDB task is assigned to CMDB group. How can i achieve this. Please suggest any pointer.

"Request reassignment" UI action is OOB or you created?

Hi @Murthy Ch 

Yes this is OOB.

This is available under CMDB workspace>>Management>> Data Manager >>Open tasks. This will open list of CMDB open task available in cmdb_data_management_task table .There is option available to request reassignment as shown in question image.
