This not answer my question. I am using vrealize operations, not vrealize automation and my version is 8.1 not 6.0. I have nothing to do in VMware side, I am asking why I am having this error in servicenow. Thanks.

Is Vcenter/Vrealise setup is rechanble and accessible from Mid Server?
