Yes, from MID server we are able to access vROps console.
Have you successfully implemented ServiceNow vROPS integration using OOB connector?
What is the version of vROps? we are trying to integrate with vROps 8.1.

I am having the same issue. I can log into the vRealize Operations Manager with the credentials, but cannot get the connector to connect. Has anyone gotten it working? Also on 8.1

I am not using this forum anymore, is useless. A lot of people that do not know about the Tool keep posting trash here, to make you waste your time for nothing. You can see in this thread a lot of examples of what I am saying here. The issue is about basic authentication, you need to configure vRops to accept that.

It will fix the problem and no, you don't need mark as resolved because I am here to help and I hope the others too. I am sorry to say that, but really, I am really upset about waste of time here, people are here begging to mark theirs answers as resolved ...
