Create asset automatically when create CI

Hi guys,

I need to import CMDB on ServiceNow using CSV file.

When I import my file I have to create also Asset in alm_asset table.

ServiceNow ishould not already automatically create the asset to create the CI?

It does using the AssetAndCISynchronizer. The rules connecting CI and Asset Classes are stored in the Model Category related to the Model of the CI or Asset Record you are creating/updating.
