Creating Reports for Configuration Item

I have a requirement, wherein i have to create reports for Configuration Item table. Reports should be generated weekly for CIs Created , Created by , Updated and Updated by Last week. All the mentioned coloumns should be included in the report. Report format can be List. Please advise
