In the CSDM documentation, the lifecycle for logical CIs (like software and applications) is defined as below :
I've to do a mapping from the Operational and the install status to the CSDM life cycle.
But there is nothing, in CSDM life cycle, to represent the state of a software deployed but not working, in case of a bug or a database or file corruption, for instance.
A software, like a web server, may also be down for maintenance
(upgrade, patching, release.... )
As there is no customization allowed on the CSDM state, what should be the Life cycle Stage and Status for such situations?
