Custom Pattern Discovery : Model ID and Manufacture not populating

Need your inputs for Custom Pattern discovery, Please let me know if i am missing any steps. 

Issue 1: For existing custom pattern (UPS) in ServiceNow, the Model id and Manufacturer is not updating correct  information.

    - steps verified so for:

       (*) I have debugged the custom pattern with one of IP address, In debug mode test result, i do see the pattern is 

            pulling the correct information for model ID and manufacture. 

       (*) verified the Network Device - pre sensor / Network Device post sensor / Network Device - pre Launch  are

            up to date.

       (*) Class information are added to the pre sensor and post sensors scripts.  

       (*) OID [1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1..3.27] has been added to correct class table with correct classifier 

       (*) I have done Pattern Sync to Mid from Mid server

        (*) When i try to re-discovery the device still its bring the wrong information.

Issue 2: We have created new custom pattern for Teleconference class table, as same mentioned above in Pattern level the model id and manufacture is populating in debug mode. but we try to discovery the device. Model ID and Manufacture fields are empty. in payload i do see the data has been captured but fails to update class table field. 

Please let me  know if i am missing any check points.
