Discovery in Preprod = No serial number populated

Hello,
I run into an issue after importing my update set in preprod and run the discovery of SCCM, the serial number and asset tags are marked empty. And in Dev, the discovery was working fine.
I can't seem to find any error in sccm instance in preprod and I insured it is identical to dev.
Any idea to fix this would be appreciated.

not sure I understand what you mean but the serial number are populated in SystemSerialNumber column I was expecting the same to populate in the serial number field

to provide you with more clarity, the serial number data are there but not cloned in the CIs. This is also the case during the discovery of either intune or SCCM, no serial number populated
