Hello everyone,
I am currently using Service Graph Connectors (SG-TenableForAssets, SG-Azure, SG-GCP, SG-Intune, SG-AWS) and Cloud Discovery(OCI) to populate the CMDB. However, I am encountering an issue with the Reconciliation Definitions.
I understand that the Reconciliation Definitions function correctly when the cmdb_datasource_last_update table is properly populated.
However, except for SG-TenableForAssets and ServiceNow(OCI), the cmdb_datasource_last_update table is not being populated for the other data sources (SG-Azure, SG-GCP, SG-Intune, and SG-AWS). As a result, the precedence and reconciliation rules are not working as expected.
Does anyone know why this is happening and how to resolve it?

Hi @SK Chand Basha ,
The sources SG-Azure, SG-GCP, SG-Intune, and SG-AWS have a higher priority than SG-TenableForAssets.

Hi @SK Chand Basha ,
Yes, we are receiving the same CI from both Azure and Tenable. Here's an example:
