device went missing after discovery

Hi , i have a situation where there were around 20 windows servers in my cmdb, but as soon as i ran discovery 10 windows server went missing, what could the causes and troubleshooting steps ?

Hi @chintuchairmen ,

when you say the servers went missing - did you check the deleted records module and see if they are available there? If not try running the discovery again on those IPs and see what response you get.

I'm still unsure what you meant by missing. If you could shed some more light on this then i can help you better.
