ServiceNow Event management integration with SolarWinds OnPrem using Rest API

Hi Experts,

We are looking to integrate SolarWinds with ServiceNow event management for receiving events from SolarWinds using Rest API mechanism.  Can someone please help with possible ways to do so any documentation link would be really helpful.

You can have a look at this document, you would need a MID Server if it is OnPrem.

Hi Vivek,

Many thanks for the document link. Yes its a OnPrem setup but we are looking for a Non Mid based approach using Rest API. So is it not feasible to do integration using Rest API based connection mechanism, If its possible then any documentation supporting the same will be really helpful

If your API endpoint is publicly exposed then you don't need MID Server and you can follow the same documentation because MID Server is optional. If the endpoint is internal to your company then you should have MID Server to access it.
