Hello,
I assume you wanted to discover the Domain controller servers here ,where acquiring the domain admin credentials is not possible in many orgs.
You can use ServiceNow's OOTB feature - Agent Client Collector for Visibility which helps to discover these servers without the use of Credentials. Once the agent is installed you can discover the ci's in Servicenow.
Please refer the document below-https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/utah-it-operations-management/page/product/agent-client-col...

Hello,
You can attempt credential-less discovery, which should automatically take place per guidance from: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-it-operations-management/page/product/discovery/concept/nma... -- if no valid credentials are found/used. Keep in mind you'll only retrieve basic information that is available via the read method used, but it's still better than nothing, I suppose.
Ultimately, you'd want to consider using credentials or if ServiceNow containing the credentials is a concern (security), then consider using a 3rd party credential store such as CyberArk to house them and use SN to communicate through that to then retrieve the information from the CIs.

Hi,
I see that you've accepted a response...and my apologies that my reply wasn't helpful?
That wasn't clear from your post, at all. Please consider in the future giving information in your actual post as I'm unsure how we can fully help you without us guessing and mentioning various products. For someone to come along and pitch ACC to you and that being the answer (which is a completely separate subscription and wouldn't be used for a one off use case) ...seemed a bit of a stretch, haha, but if it works for you then fine.
What I mentioned above is the standard approach to trying to discover without credentials. I then included a separate option as well through a 3rd party key store.
It's also a bit odd that your profile on the forums has only ever given helpful markings to the same person: Kiran_T and no one else...
Take care!
