We are starting our project of Event Management that includes discovery and service mapping. I am trying to get the information to work with Dell SC storage arrays. This would use a SMI-S provider to return the information.

In the past, we would open a case with Dell to discuss the issue, but Dell did not support ServiceNow Discovery, so it was a “best effort”. We have upgraded the Storage Manager software since then, so it may be worth a try again. Do any of you have experience or documentation to get this to work with Dell Storage Manager?
