We are Running a Discovery project and have been   having issues   discovering   relationships   between devices on sites

We can only   see individual items .   We can See witches and routers   and no Relationships between them on the dependency views Maps. Is there something we are missing ?

Hi Sameh,

Please make sure following pre-requisite met:

  • The server or network device needs to have IP Address information.
  • The system property glide.discovery.L3_mapping is set to true to discover routers and switches.
  • The router or Layer 3 switch that provides the IP Address needs to have been successfully discovered with populated Exit Interface Routing Rules.

Hope this helps.
