Discovery classifies the device correctly - "Active, Windows Cluster VIP" but no CI is created.

When discovering a virtual IP address on our network, discovery classifies the device correctly - "Active, Windows Cluster VIP" but no CI is created.   How can I get these VIPs into ServiceNow.   The use case is a user who wants to dump a database and would use the VIP address and not the SQL server CIs behind the VIP for the request.

James,

They would be.. as part of the Windows cluster record...

I have performed a global search and   a search in Servers and there isn't any CI which is similar.   How/where would we find and validate this cluster record?
