Hello Community

Could you please share the licensing model or approximate cost for ServiceNow ITOM Discovery?

Hi @isslemhidoussi,

 

ServiceNow licenses and subscriptions aren't as straightforward as purchasing a new phone, there are no standard price lists to compare.

 

Each client has a unique agreement by their own and specific contract terms.

 

Because of this, it's very unlikely anyone here can provide accurate pricing estimates. Typically, each organisation has a designated contact to talk this directly with ServiceNow to handle these discussions.

 

It's different for new clients, different for yearly partners, ..... 

 

TLDR, no universal answer to this.

Your company's sales team or account manager should discuss it with ServiceNow sales team. Navigate to servicenow site and fill contact us or get the numbers and call them.
