Discovery creating duplicate hardware models for printer class and this is limited to few models. Does anyone had seen this issue before. What could be the root cause and fix for this? Thank you.

Hi Rick - Checkout the Normalization Data service / plugin -- its purpose is to simply and 'normalize differences' between thing such as product models. I'm not sure if this applies to your specific situation, but being aware of this Normalization plugin is good stuff....
Hope this helps?

Thanks for the reply Dave. I did the normalization after I seeing your other reply. Then I opened a HI ticket to resolve this issue.

Thanks for the reply Aditya. I can see the two Normalizations (Normalization Data Services Client, Normalization Data Services Configuration) exist in the plugins and one of them(Normalization Data Services Configuration) is currently active in our instance. Also, I don't see any of those system properties existed in our system today.
