Discovery Error: Error in Horizontal Discovery Sensor for Horizontal Pattern

Hi All,

While trying to scan an IP (classified as Linux server) I am getting the following Error:

Error in Horizontal Discovery Sensor for Horizontal Pattern: Payload was in an unexpected format, the payload will not be processed
Has anyone came across this error before?
Any help would be highly appreciated.
Note: I have already set the property com.glide.closure_max_rows_per_table to 600000.

what happens when u do a quick Discovery for this IP Only?

It Says About PAYLOAD Format means JSON may be Disturbed because of Some Special Character.

@Rahul Priyadars Thank you for the response.

I getting same error from quick Discovery as well and nothing mentioned in within the error message.

Here's the quick glance of the input payload (Pattern Launcher: Linux Server )

Is there anything I can do from ServiceNow on payload format or it needs to be communicated to client?

Please check Linux Server IRE Rule ..is it OOTB or Customized?

try Same quick discovery on more Linux Servers and see is this happening for all

@Rahul Priyadars It is customized as per client's need.

Is there anything specific I can check which is causing this issue?
