Discovery Error in Service Map

I am seeing the error : "Failed to identify the CI Type of the process listening on port 80 on host x.x.x.x. Please review the discovery log for further details " for two servers in a Service Map.

 

A specific server is failing on one of the pattern called msdtc . 

 

Please advise,
