Route53 Service Catalog product can be updated or not

when we create the request for Route53 AWS catalog item RITM will be generated and then if RITM is get closed complete after provisioning the product from AWS. on table "x_126749_aws_sc_cmdb_ci_pp" the Route53 product record will be available in Provisioned status.
So on table x_126749_aws_sc_cmdb_ci_pp, there is UI action 'Request Update'.
That UI action is active but not visible on the form.
Why I'm not able to view that request update related link on table x_126749_aws_sc_cmdb_ci_pp.
Will it be possible to update that record using request update link?
Would it be possible to generate a new related link on the aws service catalog product table that is for requesting to update? This would then need to generate a new request with the the same approvals as the current request. It would just give them the option to update whatever values needed.
