Discovery error "**** is a broadcast address. Aborting discovery"

Dear all,

I'm getting following errors while network device (Switch) discovery.

Can someone please help me understanding issue, I'm new to discovery troubleshooting

I have the same issue on an Orlando sub-prod development instance, the discovery runs fine on Madrid. I believe this has to do with the version, Orlando, and some new check on loopback IPs. This will not work for us!! I have a case open and will advise.
