Discovery Errors - Payload Processing / Check Output

Hi Everyone,

We have been starting to look at Discovery and while it's found a lot of our gear, there are a few things that have some errors I can't seem to troubleshoot easily. Here's an example during discovery of a switch:

Similar things are happening with our NetApp clusters - The "Discovery" log is fine, and you can see the details of the device being found and categorised, but when it comes to the "Check Output" set, it fails. We have also seen some errors such as "duplicate serial numbers" which seem pretty hard to troubleshoot as well, however this one doesn't really give us much information.

Where should I start looking for more in-depth details, and how could we troubleshoot?

Hi, 

Sorry about the delay on replying. As mentioned earlier I raised a HI ticket and it was found to be an issue with the newer versions of NetApp On-Tap. But everything was resolved after we upgraded to London.

Facing similar issue with linux discovery .Some of the linux servers are showing below error in output payload

Hello Community,

I'm facing the same issue with the Network Switch pattern.

I've tried removing the CI, including related CIs and relationships, and re-executing the Pattern on the target IP but having the same result.

Any idea on how to tackle this?

Hello also for me the same errors on EMC Isilon. All step are goods in the identification pattern but discovery return erros on payload: 

 Identification CI Errors:
Insertion failed with error,Insertion failed with error....

any suggestion?
